All of our salads at Rosedale Brick Oven are prepared fresh daily. We pride ourselves in using locally grown produce whenever it is in season to bring you a delicious starter.

Napoletana style, thin & perfectly crisp crust made from a homemade dough recipe prepared daily. We use imported flour from Napoli prepared especially for our wood fired brick oven. All red sauce pizzas are made with fresh mozzarella & imported D.O.P. certified San Marzano tomatoes which are crushed & used in all our red pizza sauces. We use an open-hearth, wood-fired, brick oven designed after the ovens in Naples, Italy. Our pizza bakes at the high temperature needed to perfect the look, taste & aroma of a true Pizza Napoletana. We also offer a whole wheat option & gluten-free cauliflower crust $3, just let us know.
We use delicious San Marzano tomatoes for all our red sauces. All our ingredients are fresh & prepared daily.
All pasta is prepared “Al Dente” (to the tooth). We use imported Italian pasta for all our dishes to ensure your meal tastes great.
There will be an additional charge of $2 for Gnocchi, Whole Wheat & Gluten Free pastas.

All of our calzones & sandwiches are brick oven baked. Our sandwiches are not heroes. They are hot with rustic perfection.
Whole Wheat – Please inform us if you wish to substitute our homemade, whole wheat dough.
Egg-battered & dipped in seasoned bread crumbs. Lightly fried, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese & homemade marinara sauce.
Baked to perfection & served with a pasta of your choice in a marinara sauce.
All Marsala, Piccata & Francaise entrées are served with a side of spaghetti in the entrée sauce.
No sauce substitutions on entrées for marinara sauce or garlic & oil.
Spaghetti may be substituted for vegetables for $2
All Seafood entrées are served with imported linguine, the perfect Italian pasta for all seafood dishes.
